Product Delivery

Product delivery will be carried out according to the deadlines published on this website, within 24 hours from the moment the order is confirmed by Ami’s Beauty Sh.p.k. in Albania. In Kosovo, delivery takes 2-3 days. In any case, this deadline is provided only for reference and depends on the availability of products in stock. The customer will be contacted by email from the company for confirmation and by the courier via phone within the above deadline to arrange a time for the delivery of the ordered products.

Order Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel their order if Ami’s Beauty Sh.p.k. fails to meet the delivery deadline outlined in this document, by providing notice. The cancellation request will only be considered if the delivery of the ordered products has not occurred between the date of dispatch and the receipt of the request.

Product Returns

The customer has the right to return a product within 24 hours from the moment the order is received if the package or product arrives damaged at the destination. The product must be unopened in the case of a return. After evaluating the situation, the customer will have the damaged product replaced with another product in optimal condition.
